Same Aircraft, Same Museum, Different Dates ...!!

I regularly visit this museum because it is located at my wife's home town. At my recent visit, I was shocked when I see that the grey pattern of F-5 was converted into Turkish Stars'.

Old pattern was almost the original which it flew and finally delivered to this museum.

What makes the officials decided to convert it?
